PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
All exhibitors and stand builders are required to hold a minimum of $10,000,000 public liability insurance for the duration of the show. A copy of your insurance must be sent to info@perthbikeshow.com.au prior to the 1st September 2009 or access to move in or set up will be refused.

EXHIBITOR KIT
The Exhibitor kit containing information about booking extras such as parking passes and electrical requirments will be available towards the end of July.

Electrical Booking Form
For exhibitors that require electricity or lighting to their displays (for booth exhibitors only who require additional power or lighting to their designated 4amp power and 2 x spotlights). The form must be returned by 21st August 2009

Carpark Passes
Daily carpark passes will guarantee you a space and allow re-entry any number of times a day. The form must be returned by 21st August 2009 . Forms returned after this date will not be processed.

Tickets
Day ticket can be purchased for a special Exhibitor rate (offer for exhibitors only). Form must be returned by 21st August 2009.
